Rental disclosure: Rental rates vary depending on unit size, view and season. Every effort will be made to secure a successful rental for as many nights as possible. Rental of your interval dates are not guaranteed. By submitting this form you agree to these terms. You must accept these terms to continue by checking the box below.

Commission Structure is listed below:
Owner 65%, Maui Lea Association 5%, Management Company 30%

Policy change-Tax notice: Aston Hotels and Resorts will require owners to complete and submit a W-9 (us citizens) or a W-8 (foreign ) before rental checks will be distributed

Thank you for submitting your rental listing with Aqua-Aston’s rental department. Please be sure to follow the required steps to ensure a rental check can be sent to you.

• If these steps are not taken your listing will not be approved by the rental department.

Any questions regarding your rental listing should be directed to the rental office by calling: 808-879-6321. Ask for the rental reservations manager.

US Citizens: US citizens complete the W-9 tax form (pdf).
Non-US Citizens: Non-US citizen complete the F-W8 form (pdf).
